Add Commission Cut information to Plan Info

Some carriers cut commissions under certain circumstances. It would be great to have that information in the Plan Info.

Only been at this a year but agree this would be a great feature. It has been my experience that the commission schedules are buried in the contract, vague and/or convoluted.
